Coated Carrier-AHT in Chenango Forks, New York

Coated Carriers evolved from Rat Terrier/American Hairless Terrier breedings, then bred to American Hairless Terriers creating a "coated" American Hairless Terrier. They carry the hairless gene, but look like a Rat Terrier. The American Hairless Terrier is a breed of dog that was formerly considered a variant of Rat Terrier. As of January 1, 2004, the United Kennel Club deemed the AHT a separate terrier breed.
This pup will mature approx. 15 lbs. Crate trained, doing well with litterpan training, learning about doggy door. Explores on her own outside. All shots UTD, microchipped. Ready for her forever home
